Too many young people in our community no longer have the opportunity to dream.
It isn’t just dreams of being an NBA star or billionaire that are out of reach, but even the dreams of a middle class life seem unattainable to them. But, we have real opportunities to change the lives of our youth and support a thriving and ambitious next generation, which will greatly benefit the entire Staten Island community. I have seen this reality, time and time again, in my 20 years as a YouthBuild leader, and now is the moment for our borough to embrace the bold in order to build up our young people.

Springtacular outreach event at Tappen Park spreads awareness about services available to community
